first day!

so i got up at 3am without sleep because ill go to school early for the adjustment of classes. i arrived at dlsu at 5am and there were already like 15 people in line. thank God elmo was there already so we didn't get bored during the 2 hours of waiting in line. at 630, the lady at the dean's office gave out the numbers. we ate breakfast at mcdo first because the adjustment will start on 830am. then came adjustment. i was really nervous because the subject i wanted to be in has only 1 slot left. luckily, we got inside ahead of everyone else and i got in the class i wanted. we had to cut our first class since it starts at 8am. haha cutting classes during first day. my next class was conadev. the subject's kinda hard and the prof's also strict. in short, i don't like the subject. criselle's my classmate btw and it's kinda awkward cause it's like we don't have anything to talk about anymore. anyway, after that we had another break until 240. our last class is project, which is about project management and we're so lucky to be the first group to report next week. :| haha.

my class for today starts at 240 pm :) haha hopefully today's classes will be better than yesterday's.

missing someone..

i told you this is gonna be cheesy! haha :)

just arrived from singapore last sunday. i stayed there in my mom's condo for 3 weeks, that's the longest time i've been away from home. that is also the longest time i've been away from elmo. you see, we're with each other 5 days a week (or more) that is why it is so much different being away. right now he's in calatagan with snap boys, and there's no signal so he couldn't even text me. i miss him..

anyway, classes will start next week and i haven't been to the beach yet. i think i won't be able to go to the beach. haha loser me. everyone has been somewhere. :|

back!

so i decided to start blogging again. it might take a while before i really get into this again but we'll see. :)

there will be no philosophical writings here or others related to it. i'm the least person you could call "philosophical", so i apologize for the very mababaw and cheesy posts to come. :)

this week is hell week once again. 4 papers due this week, 1 reporting, and still lots of reading assignment. i hate pre-final weeks! haven't had proper sleep since.. forgot.

anyway, got my starbucks planner yesterday! haha i never thought i would "get into the bandwagon" but since i like drinking starbucks, i might as well get something from it aside from coffee. :)

its 2:50 pm and i'm already sleepy. maybe ill just sleep. :D

just arrived home from cubao expo. the first few hours were not okay and boring, cause we weren't speaking to each other. but after we made up it was okay na. there were a few stalls so i didn't spend a lot. in fact, i only spent P50. that's so unexpected. haha. i was supposed to buy a dress but i resisted the urge to shop. yay for me! :) hahaha. there were even free food and drinks. when we were getting the free drink (red horse), the guy asked us if we know the band and we said we did and we even called them kuya. haha good thing they didn't realize that we had no idea who they were. haha.

i really love this day (half of it, or 1/4th haha.) i'm so hyper cause of the beer i drank that i can't stop laughing hahaha.

curfew ruined everything. argh. we were supposed to go to the BM party last night. since we were planning to leave elmo's house at around 9, we would arrive there around 930 and my dad would fetch me at 10pm cause its so far from our house (southhh). so we didn't go anymore cause i wouldn't really enjoy. bv. i was looking forward to that pa naman.

growing old?

i noticed that most people do not write on their blogs anymore. i still want to continue blogging cause i want something to look back to in the future. i read my old blog and it made me realize how much i changed. the stuff i wrote seems funny to me now but back then i guess i was serious about it.

my point is, this blog is my means of assessing what i have become, what i have gained or lost.

and yeah, ill stick to it.

what has been happening? a lot. practi bazaar was held last week and it was very exhausting. imagine being in school from 7am-6pm everyday. it was fun nonetheless, and our group has a chance to win the highest gross sales with 33k. :)

last weekend was also our bazaar in tiendesitas, together with teamsolid and flippers, and also anna viola. it was so much fun! :) hehe ultimate shopping experience. imagine buying 5 clothes in just 2 days? i've never done that before cause i'm so kuripot. haha. but when you're in a bazaar, you have this feeling of the need to buy new stuff cause its a normal perception that bazaar stuffs are cheaper than those sold in malls. haha. also ultimate foodtrip experience. omg, i just love eating bibingka, ice cream, taho, barbeque, corn, and so much more. hahaha.

consequence of all of these? well, let me say that i had around 2k before the bazaar and guess what was left? 300. :(

on school matters.. can't really think of anything. oh yeah, we had our enrollment last monday and i just hate the standardization of classes. yeah we would only have 4 class days but with 1.5 hours for each subject?! i really love mwf classes cause its only 1 hour per subject, and now i have to deal with 1.5 hours. despite that, i love my sched. one subject for mw, which is relsfor. :) then for th i have entemis, entepol, intphil, and partcor. 3 hard subjects and 2 not so hard ones. haha. i would also have my lasaret this term with aspeck, anna viola, and tonette mercado.

right now, school really sucks. finals are coming and the profs are already giving us more requirements to pass/do before the finals. let me enumerate them.

house :)

house marathon for the whole "break" (4 days). i bought season 1,2, and 3 last wednesday cause i dont want to study for my behaorg and prodman test for next week. haha. and yes, we did have classes last wednesday, oh the perks of being a lasallian.

supposed to go to bataan with 4-1 today, but i wasn't allowed because my parents are not here. instead, went to trinoma with elmo. we missed each other. haha couldn't stand being away for more than 2 days. haha. watched balls of fury (he chose the movie). it was ok, i needed a laugh after a fight. :)

anyway, i'm just so bored and i can't sleep. maybe i'll study, now that i'm awake.

exhausted!

2 days of manning a booth is pretty exhausting, don't you think? it was fun nonetheless, despite the very hot atmosphere, we felt like we were being fried to death. haha.

it felt weird being back in mc. it felt.. different. i'm used to being with my classmates, and when i was there not seeing a single classmate, it was like i've never ever been there. didn't even see most of my teachers, i only saw those that haven't been my teacher. when janina asked me what it felt like to be back, you know what my answer was? wala.

we didn't go to mc since we have class, pinky and carlo's shift.

went there around 1230 after class. OMG, you coudn't imagine how hot it was. 10 minutes into our shift and we were soaking wet. i was with elmo, sese, pamit, marion and gege uy so it was fun. first three hours were kind of boring since there were no people yet in the fair. people starting coming at around 4. stayed there up to 6pm, then finally closed up the booth. then elmo and i had dinner at flaming wings katipunan. i missed flaming wings. :)

oct 27
went to mc around 9am and stayed there until 630pm. 9 and a half hours of shift is very very tiring. our group was complete so it was so much fun than our first shift. janina and choi were also there. corral and pamit were supposed to come but they had a car accident and were in the police station to fix the charges. closed the booth at around 6, then checked the inventory. went to gateway after with elmo to have dinner.

lesson learned: do not bring money during fairs/bazaars. why? i bought 2 dresses, 1 stuffed toy, 1 t-shirt, lots of food, and lots of snowcone. i am now broke. haha.

waking up 4 in the morning isn't fun at all. i'm sooo tired, yet i still love my mwf schedule. 7am-1030 haha. talo kami kay mahir and arn, 700-920, what kind of sched is that?

our second subject is prodman, Production Management, but it's like we enrolled in a history subject. what does japan have to do with production? a lot actually, but the point is we should be focusing on production itself. :|

as for manpers, our prof is gay. yeah, second time to have a really gay prof. super fun and interesting topics but also super strict in attendance. i should be more careful, don't want any FAs anymore.

so far, so good. :)

don't you just love UAAP games? school spirit and adrenaline rush through our bodies. shouting our cheers as loud as we can and punching our fists as if the world depends on it. it's like we're on a battlefield and our voices are bombs thrown back to the other team.

La Salle lost to Ateneo. 89-87. it sucks that we lost but you just have to admit, La Salle-Ateneo games will always be a classic. no matter how mad both teams are to each other during the game, we always still have respect for the other team at the end of the game. it can be pathetic how everyone seems to be affected by it, but that is college basketball, and i guess college wouldn't be complete without it.

im so bored. this is what i've been doing everyday since our break: sleep, eat, tv, net, eat, sleep, net. i haven't been out of the house, i'm exaggerating of course, but you get the picture. i guess i should spend as much time sleeping cause i won't be having much time for that when classes starts again, which is next week btw. yeah, our "term break" is five days only.

anyway, it's the 7th today. happy. ♥

bad day

had our course card day today and i got not so good results. actually, it's not good at all.

got FA in kaspil. first time. i hate morning classes.

mediocre grades. obviously, it's not advisable to exert your efforts in your majors, like what i did (actually, we all got very low grades in our minor subjects). im very happy that we got the highest grade for our major subject, which is the most important in our academic life right now, but it also sucks that we got low grades in exchange. i know you must probably be thinking that its one subject against five, but the workload that was demanded from us was just unreasonable.

well i really can't do anything about it, can i?

i seriously have nothing to write about.

the term is finally over. so far, this is the worst term, i feel like im going to fail every subject. well, cant really say anything until our course card day. on the other hand, im very happy about our entres grade. we got a 4.0, and i think there were only 3 groups who got it. hard work really does pay off. :D


the past week has been an emotional roller coaster for me.
